DAC Ops — Privacy Policy

DAC Ops is a private workforce and operations app for DAC Facility Solutions ("DAC", "we", "us"), developed and maintained by JLPrograms. It is used by DAC's staff and by authorized DAC clients to schedule work, record on-site attendance, and track job progress. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and role, as provided to us by DAC when your account is created.
• Location — your device's location at the moment you clock in or out, used to confirm that work was performed on-site. Location is not tracked continuously or in the background.
• Photos and videos — images or short videos you capture in the app as proof that a task was completed.
• Work activity — clock-in/out times, assigned tasks and to-dos, job and site details, and notes.
• Device information — a push-notification token and the app version, used to deliver notifications and updates.

How we use your information

• To schedule, assign, and track cleaning and facility work.
• To verify attendance and on-site presence through clock-ins.
• To record job completion with photo/video proof.
• To send you work-related notifications.
• To operate, secure, and improve the app.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How your information is stored and shared

Your data is stored on our backend infrastructure provider (Supabase) acting on our behalf, and is protected by access controls. It is accessible only to authorized DAC management and staff within the organization, according to each person's role and permissions. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as it is needed to operate the service and meet DAC's operational and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your data using the contact details below.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access requires a signed-in account, and the database enforces role-based, row-level access controls so users only see the records they are authorized to see.

Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at the address below. Because your account is administered by DAC, some requests may be handled through your DAC manager.

Children

DAC Ops is an internal business tool for DAC's workforce and clients. It is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
